When Candy offered to put his saving toward the farm it makes the dream more possible because they have more income coming in to them if Candy gives them the money toward the ranch. It also makes it more possible because they don't have to wait to long to get the ranch. That makes the dream more possible because if it took a long time to get the amount needed then they would say " Oh it's to long away. Let's just spend the money." But if it took a short time then they would say that it is close and they could wait that long. I haven't experienced or observed a situation in which people group money together so i will make one up. An example of people grouping up money together is if a family is saving money to buy a boat. Each person will save 20 dollars each week to buy the boat. That could be an example of people grouping up money to accomplish a goal.
